Shipping Policy — Gifters Den

At Gifters Den, we want your order to arrive safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a dispatch notification with tracking details once your order has been collected by our carrier.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.


Delivery Destinations & Timeframes

🇬🇧 United Kingdom

All UK orders are sent via tracked courier. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.


🇪🇺 European Union

International Tracked 5–11 Business Days ✅ Included

EU deliveries are fully tracked. Please note that since the UK's departure from the European Union, all orders shipped to EU destinations are subject to customs clearance procedures. While most parcels clear customs smoothly within the standard timeframe, occasional delays may occur depending on your country's customs authority. Gifters Den is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Import duties and taxes: EU customers may be required to pay import duties, VAT, or handling fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking with your local customs office for guidance before placing your order.


🌍 Rest of World (International)

International orders are dispatched via tracked international postal services. Delivery times will vary by destination country.

Please be aware: international orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, and local taxes. These delays and charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the recipient. Gifters Den cannot be held liable for any customs-related delays, fees, or seized packages resulting from local import regulations.


Tracked Shipping — What It Means for You

Every order from Gifters Den ships with full tracking as standard. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. We do not currently offer untracked or economy shipping options, as we believe tracked delivery gives you the peace of mind you deserve.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Free shipping promotions, where available, will be applied automatically.


Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow 3 additional business days before contacting us, as occasional carrier delays can occur — particularly around UK public holidays and peak retail periods.

If your tracked order shows no movement for more than 10 business days (UK) or 15 business days (EU/International), please get in touch at hello@giftersden.net and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.


Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Gifters Den cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us at eth4460@gmail.com as soon as possible — we will do our best to amend the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee this once the order has been processed.
